Online tickets

Filling in data when purchasing tickets

When buying tickets online, the system requires personal details to be entered about the person who buys a ticket(s).
The following information is required to enter in order you could buy your ticket:
- Name and surname
- Email address.

If you would like to be informed of any changes related to your trip, please enter your phone number.

Also, you are required to enter the following information about the passengers:
- Name and surname
- Number of passport/travel document, if some of the privileges have been used, or if you travel beyond the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Privileges or discounts for online shopping, if applicable.
Note: Discounts for online tickets urchasing in the amount of 5% is charged on certain departures operated by the Centrotrans Eurolines company. The selection of lines for which the discount is calculated is within the list of discounts available when purchasing tickets. Discounts are not cumulative.

Personal information is kept solely for the technical purposes of monitoring payments and reservations, and will not be used for any other purposes. The information is available only to the authorized personnel and will not be made available to third parties except in cases provided by law.

Downloading of online purchased ticket(s)

After successful completion of online purchase transaction, a confirmation of the purchased ticket will be sent to your e-mail address, which you entered while completing the necessary information about the buyer.
Your ticket for the journey can be taken at the bus station in Sarajevo, not later than one hour before the trip or, if you are traveling from another city in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, the ticket can be taken from the crew while boarding the bus.

In cases when traveling outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, or using some of the privileges, you are required to present your identity document (passport or ID card, as well as the document providing the basis for the use of the privilege in question) at the bus station of Centrotrans Eurolines.

Payment of tickets

The payment of online tickets is done on a secure page of the Raiffeisen Bank Bosnia, including the registration of a person who makes the payment (name, surname, credit/debit card, the card's validity, CCV/CVC2 code). Centrotrans Eurolines has no access to or insight into the data. The information is available only to the authorized personnel and will not be made available to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

Ticket price

A bus ticket represents a contract of carriage between the user and the service provider.

The price of the online bought ticket includes:
- the amount of the carriage fare,
- Compulsory insurance of passengers in public transport against accidents.

The price of the online purchased bus tickets does not include:
- bus terminal service which is paid at the starting bus station (terminal service fare depends on the category of the bus station and the type of selected route)
- luggage fare is to be paid to the driver during the registration of luggage.

Return tickets

For all return tickets, for which the return date is selected when purchasing the ticket, Centrotrans Eurolines makes booking of seats for the return date, and the customer is required to confirm it 24 hours before departure by calling +387 33 213 100.

All tickets with open return must be verified for a specific date of departure at the starting bus terminal, or the nearest bus station.
